Aluminum profiles for a robotic gripper
ALU profiles 30x30 were used to produce a robotic gripping device, which is used for gripping products in the plastic injection industry. The main advantage of the selected aluminum profiles is the ability to easily move the mounting brackets to which the vacuum suction cups are attached. Using this we can adjust the grip to the current needs. The bracket screw is easily untightened, moved to a new position and retightened again. There is a slot nut in the ALU profile slot, which slides inside the slot and allows the movements of the mounting brackets.
