The terms and conditions detailed below are applicable to all transactions made on tuli-shop.com. By using this site, the user is agreeing their acceptance of these terms and conditions. On placing an order, the user confirms their acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as tuli-shop.com can take no liability for negligence when reading these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

In any case that these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, by an adept court of jurisdiction any condition shall be removed and the all other provisions shall continue. 

Conditions

  1. Every purchase order made through this website is subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. We retain the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. This includes the right to amend, remove or vary the content of anything displayed on the website, without notice.
  3. The website user takes entire responsibility to read these terms each time they place an order.
  4. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Once an order has been placed, the website user assures their agreement of these terms and conditions and we will treat their order as an acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The Description of Goods

  1. All images and product descriptions displayed on the website are only for the approximate description of goods.
  2. Product specifications may vary depending on supplier and should not be taken as an affirmative description of the product being sold. For detailed specifications the buyer should contact us either via e-mail or telephone, details of which are available under the ‘contact us’ page.
  3. In some cases we may supply a direct alternative brand due to product availaility. In order to maintain our high service standards we reserve the right to send an equivalent should we be unable to contact you to confirm this within 48 hours of your order being placed.
  4. All product specifications have been gathered from accessible sources either by our suppliers or reliable public sources. tuli-shop.com’s intentions are that all information displayed is as accurate as possible. However, tuli-shop.com cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of the information displayed within this website and will not take responsibility for any lack of accuracy.
  5. In some instances when a standard clearance bearing is ordered we may send a C3 clearance. This is only when standard ones are not in stock. We consider a C3 bearing to be a better bearing than a standard and will operate to the same levels if not better than a standard bearing. However if you order C3 we would never send standard bearings. If you do not wish to receive a C3 bearing instead of a standard please state at time of order. Also if you wish these goods to be changed after delivery we will be happy to do so.

Ordering

  1. All orders placed are confirmation of the website users acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. tuli-shop.com may refuse an order for any reason.
  3. Should the products ordered not be available, tuli-shop.com will notify the customer. The customer will then be given the opportunity to either wait for the goods to return to stock, or cancel the order and be issued with a full refund within 28 days.
  4. All orders are subject to availability.

Payment and Price

  1. The price of the goods will be clearly displayed on the products page within the website. This price is exclusive of VAT, and does not include delivery charges.
  2. The complete price, including VAT and delivery charges can always be seen in the shopping cart, before completing your order.
  3. Once an order has been received, tuli-shop.com will notify the buyer, by e-mail, the price and description of the goods ordered.
  4. We accept all major credit and debit cards, details of which are displayed within the website.
  5. Incorrect information may result in a delay with your order.
  6. It is the customers responsibility to provide shop.tuli.si  with:
    • accurate card details
    • an accurate billing address
    • accurate contact details (telephone and e-mail)

Delivery

  1. Orders delivered throughout the Slovenia will usually be dispatched and delivered within 1-4 working days once the order has been accepted by both parties and payment has been cleared.
  2. tuli-shop.com takes no liability for the losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the delay in delivery of goods.
  3. If we are currently showing no stock for an item you have ordered we will notify you and you will be given the entitlement to either wait until they return to stock, or cancel the order and receive a full refund within 28 days.
  4. Delivery will be made to the address detailed by the customer.
  5. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that arrangements are in place to take delivery.

Returning an item

Every customer has the right to return any product(s) in a period of 15 days after the product(s) have been received. The cancellation period will expire after 15 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Returns are done without any questions asked, since we believe that this is not only a customer right by law but it is also a legitimate choice. If you received a product and you see that it does not fit your needs, it is understandable that you will wish to return it. Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 15 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 15 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Item has to be returned as new for a full refund, which will be made no later than 14 days after the product has been returned.

The refund will be made in the same form as the payment was made.
