Roller bearing guides
The roller bearing guides and blocks are very robust and simple linear guides. You can select roller bearing guides from CTS, Radia and HepcoMotion.
HepcoMotion
V groove roller bearing and guides from HepcoMotion offer a unique wiping action which expels debris, keeping machines running and reliable. The system can operate with or without lubrication and at high speeds. Precision ground running surface ensures a low friction and high accuracy. They are suitable for a wide variety of environments from clean rooms to hostile conditions. Linear roller bearings can be adjusted instead of being replaced, reducing maintenance costs.
CTS
CTS roller bearing guides are a sophisticated and economical solution of linear motion. The design of it is very simple. The roller linear rail's body is a precise aluminum profile, the round shaft in that is made from hardened steel. The advantage of this design is that the fixed objects can be moved with high speed and the linear guide doesn't need so much maintenance. There is no need for lubricating, but the sliding surface should be protected from high contamination. The further advantage of the roller linear guide system is the low noise.
AV and AD type linear guides with roller wheels are mainly made of lightweight material of aluminum alloy. Four rollers inside the carriage run on railway's hardened shafts. They are particularly suitable for use in material handling system and automatic production lines.
Radia
R type linear guides with roller wheels and available in 3 dimensions. Guides are made from anodised aluminium. Roller wheels are available from plastic or from steel. Carriage can have 3 or 5 rollers. This linear guides are suitable for loads from 90 N up to 700 N.
