Linear bearing blocks for round shaft
The linear bearing block is assembled units consisting of linear bearing and housing. The housing is typically made of aluminium. Cast iron options are also available. Linear bushings use balls as rolling elements. Balls are in contact with round shafts. Linear round shafts have hardened surfaces (58-62 HRC) and are made in tolerance h6 which is suitable for use with bearing blocks with a European type of bushing inside. For linear round shafts, different types of end supports are available. They are also made from aluminium. The shape of supports allows fixing the support to the surface parallel or perpendicular to the guide.
