Aluminium profile 45x90H U10

The heavy-type aluminium profile 45x90H mm is designed for bigger loads. Special shape with six 10 mm slots in a T shape and a weight of 4,00 kg/m results in an excellent strength-to-weight ratio.

In a cross-section of the profile, there are two holes of 7,4 mm ready for machining of the M8, M10 or M12 thread. The thread should be rolled (not cut) to achieve the best strength of the thread.    

The material of the profile is aluminium alloy AI Mg Si EN AW-6060 and it is produced in natural dull silver-grey aluminium colour. The surface has an anodising layer of 15 μm.

It is available in a maximum length of 6050 mm or it can be precisely cut on CNC saw to your desired length which can you enter below.
