Aluminium profile 90x180 U10

The structural aluminium profile 90x180 mm is extremely strong with an excellent strength-to-weight ratio as it is made of aluminium alloy AI Mg Si EN AW-6060. It is produced in natural dull silver-grey aluminium colour. The surface has an anodising layer of 15 μm.

In a cross-section of the profile, there are eight holes of 7,4 mm in which thread M8, M10 or M12 can be machined. Additionally, two centre holes of 15 mm can be used for the machining of M16 thread. To achieve the best strength of thread the thread should be rolled (not cut).

It has ten 10 mm T slots in which hammer head screws or nuts or other joining elements can be inserted.

It is available in a maximum length of 6050 mm or it can be precisely cut on CNC saw to your desired length which can you enter below.
