Tuli d.o.o. has successfully obtained funds JPTT2020-COVID19

In September 2020, Tuli d.o.o. successfully obtained funds from the public tender: "Public call for co-financing the digitization of sales channels and presentation and marketing materials for promotion in foreign markets (JPTT2020-COVID19)"

 

Operation description:

 

With the operation "Tuli: Improving the online store and exposing the new sales channel (Amazon)" we in Tuli d.o.o. vzpostIn September 2020, we in the company Tuli d.o.o. successfully obtained funds from the public tender: "Public call for co-financing the digitization of sales channels and presentation and marketing materials for promotion in foreign markets (JPTT2020-COVID19)" we established the Amazon channel and optimized the website. With the operation, we wanted to increase the volume of online sales and thus alleviate the loss of income caused by the closure of physical trade during the general closure of public life in the spring of 2020.

 

Establishment of the Amazon channel

 

Purpose: a) Establish sales through global international online sales platforms.

Subsidy amount: EUR 3,499.30

Objectives and results of the operation: Tuli with its online store addresses mainly niche or specialized customer profiles, but lags behind mass consumption, which increased during the pandemic. Tuli did not have an open Amazon account before the operation.

The operation included the following activities: opening an Amazon account, preparing a product catalog, entering items on the platform, consulting in monitoring sales analytics on the platform.

With the help of the operation, we successfully published the first products on Amazon. We expect Amazon to increase international consumption by 5% over a 1-year period.

 

Website optimization

 

Purpose: (e) Optimization of websites and digital sales channels, establishment of systems for measuring the effects of digital communications and tracking systems for potential customers within digital sales channels, all intended for foreign customers / foreign business public.

Subsidy amount: EUR 3,500.00

Objectives and results of the operation: Before the operation, Tuli already had a functioning online store, which was poorly adapted for mobile phones, certain pages took too long to load, and there were many opportunities to improve the user experience and user flows.

As part of the operation, we performed an analysis of the output pages, installed additional tools for qualitative analysis (i.e. heatmaps and questionnaires); we optimized user flows and user experience and prepared new network plans for the necessary renovation pages. In addition, we also set up re-marketing through online advertising and set up a reporting system with key KPIs.

With the help of the operation, it was already possible to detect an increase in sales in the first months, but we expect this to increase by 5% over a period of one year.

The operation was selected for co-financing at the Public Call for co-financing the digitization of sales channels and presentation and marketing materials for promotion in foreign markets.

The investment is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union under the European Regional Development Fund.
